PLEASE NOTE – WE NOW ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. PLEASE CONTACT US ON 01765 602242 IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT AND WE WILL DO OUR UPMOST TO FIND THE QUICKEST DELIVERY SOLUTION FOR YOU.

COLLECTION AND LOCAL DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE ABOVE.

The delivery charge is calculated at checkout. We use Royal Mail or MyHermes.  Orders within HG4 postcodes will be delivered free of charge. If you live locally you may collect in person – please make a note on your order. Collections will be during shop opening hours. Orders can also be placed and paid for over the telephone – 01765 602242

Providing your item(s) are in stock:

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday we aim to dispatch the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

During peak periods such as Christmas please allow up to 5 – 7 working days, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days.

At present The Pet Shop only sends goods within the UK mainland.

All goods are sent on a “signed for” service.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We hope that you’re happy with your order. However, if you’ve changed your mind at all you can return the items for a full refund of the cost of the product or an exchange within 14 days. Please contact us to let us know to expect your return.

The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and wrapped up carefully, so that it arrives back with us safe and sound. Please also include your order number and name to help us track down your order details quickly.

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless goods are faulty. Please choose a tracked or signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post. Returns are to be sent to: The Pet Shop, 13 Old Market Place, Ripon, HG4 1EQ.

If you have chosen to collect, please return the item(s) in their original packaging.

We are unable to offer a free return service for those items originally delivered free of charge, unless it is convenient to ourselves. You must make arrangements to return them to the shop.

Returns and exchanges can take up to 4 working days to process. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are processed to the same payment method you originally paid with e.g the card that you paid with or your PayPal account. Refunds can typically take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account.

 

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM

Please contact us and we’ll put it right. If we’re not able to offer a replacement, then we’ll offer a refund or exchange. We will ask to see a photo of the faulty item. Photos are useful not only for checking out the fault or the damage, but also for passing across to the manufacturer. We will also reimburse the cost of postage.

 

DISCLAIMER

Plush dog toys are not indestructible and playtimes should always be supervised. We are unable to offer a refund for a toy which is damaged by the dog during playtimes, unless it is described as indestructible.
